Jaydid Humour Comedy Heroes #2 Seann William Scott
Every now and then we at Jaydid like to take a moment to salute the great heroes of comedy. And we believe Seann William Scott deserves a shout out. Of course Sean came to world attention back in 1999 as Steve Stiffler in American Pie. A part which he will always be known as and has never been matched even though plenty of straight to DVD movies have tried to portray a Stiffler. Shortly after American Pie Seann was cast as the cool E.L in Road Trip. Could almost be the same character as Steve Stiffler. Staring parts in Dude wheres my car, Bullet Proof Monk as well as 2 more American Pie movies Cemented Seann to a House hold name. Even Cameos where he is memorable in Old School and Jay and Silent Bob strikes back shows what a great comedic actor Seann really is. Role Models with Paul Rudd is a great movie and again Seann as Anson Wheeler is another great character that he portrays. If you haven't seen any of the films named here please do. We are looking forward to more films of Seanns to come out but do hope he reprices his role of Steve Stiffler one day. I know he has done other films but the named ones is his finest work i believe. So Seann we salute you and are a hero to us.

Jaydid Humour Comedy Heroes #1 Danny McBride
Will often be mentioning our Comedy Heroes here on Jaydidhumour.blogspot.com and I'm proud to announce our very first Hero being Danny Mcbride. Earning His place for his role as Kenny Powers in Eastbound and Down Danny McBride seems to be very underrated and hasn't had many "the main star of the film" films. His main break was from self written film The Foot Fist Way where he plays Fred Simons a Taekwondo teacher. A film which thought would lead him to play more "the main star of the film" films. But main side parts in comedy's Hot Rod (VERY WORTH WATCHING),Pineapple Express and Land of the Lost seem to be the most his got from Cinematic Films. He has rather small parts but still steals every scene he is in in films Drillbit Taylor, Tropic Thunder, Fanboys and Observe and Report. But as Kenny Powers a wasted ex baseball player who struggles to deal with his home town and everyone just not being star strucked by his presence he really does come into his own. As the thought of season 2 nearly coming to an end I'm just glad a season 3 has been commissioned. Just wish could be a 22 episode season but hey ho. So Danny McBride Jaydid Humour salutes you. "I'm Fucking Kenny Powers."
