Going the distance Review.

Step aside Adam Sandler as Drew Barrymore has a new love interest on film and their chemistry on camera together tops Sandlers outings with Drew.  Justin Long is the man who crosses all the box's for Drew Barrymore in this enjoyable romantic comedy. Justin plays Garett a music manager who never properly commits to relationships and after the first scene of the movie finds himself single again.  Drew plays Erin a wannabe news reporter trying to get her career back on track after dropping everything for a guy.  The two bump into each other over a arcade machine and they never look back.  Erin is leaving in six weeks and wants nothing too serious which Garett is well chuffed to hear.  Cue 6 weeks and they just cant walk away from each other so cue the long distance relationship and constant texting which leads one of Garetts funny friends Box (Jason Sudeikis) grabbing the phone of him and hitting it with a golf club at the driving range.  Garetts getting advice from Box and his hilarious room mate Dan (Charlie Dan)  while Erin is getting advice from her sister Corrine (Christina Applegate).  The film has a good feel to it from the start and when i thought it was gonna get predictable it proved me wrong and went into another direction.  Well worth the watch and you feel the chemistry that Drew and Justin have on screen.  Just look out for a hilarious table sex scene which left me laughing out loud in enjoyment.
